These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of NoCode, Inc.'s Website, located at https://enzyme.so, https://app.enzyme.so or any of the other subdomains. The following terms and conditions govern your access to Enzyme and all its functionalities including, but not limited to, smart contract management platform, minting functionalities and hosted minting website, crypto and financial transactions and other services offered by or through Enzyme.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Enzyme if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person logs on this website and is compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

The information we collect is subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Hereby, when visiting a website with minting functionality created by Enzyme, additional terms and privacy policies may apply. In an event of conflict with the website’s owner, Enzyme’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy control.

Enzyme reserves the right to modify and change these Terms of Use as it is in our sole discretion. The last revision date will be published on the top of this page.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Enzyme, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with NoCode, Inc.'s Privacy Policy.

License

Unless otherwise stated, NoCode, Inc. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Enzyme. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Enzyme for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

  • Republish material from Enzyme
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from Enzyme
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Enzyme
  • Redistribute content from Enzyme

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

The software of Enzyme consists of a set of web-based development tools that allows you to create blockchain-based applications such as but not limited to non-fungible tokens, smart contracts, decentralized autonomous organizations and token marketplace. Deployment of such blockchain-based applications will result and may cause the Client to receive a commission from transactions undertaken in respect of such applications based on Blockchain.

The software may allow you to create non-fungible and fungible tokens. With respect to any text, images, videos, animations, works of authorship or other content and uploaded or submitted materials of any kind, you represent and warrant that you either own or have all rights and licenses necessary with respect to such content such that your use of the content in connection with the software will not result in any claim of infringement, misappropriation or other violation of any IP rights, rights of privacy or other rights of any third party.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. NoCode, Inc. does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of NoCode, Inc., its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, NoCode, Inc. shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

NoCode, Inc. reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

  • You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;

You hereby grant NoCode, Inc. a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

Payment policy, subscription fees, and refund policies

You may be required to purchase a subscription to access certain Enzyme’s services and functionalities which are published on our website. It is in Enzyme’s sole discretion to change the fees at any time and provide a prior written statement through electronic communication.

These subscription payments are completed through Stripe, a third-party payment provider. The payments are subject to the Stripe Checkout Terms of Service, the Stripe Service Agreement, and other relevant Stripe policies found at https://stripe.com. Enzyme may receive some personal information that we do not sell, share or publish. Enzyme do not receive your payment data from Stripe or other processors.

Please note that the subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal immediately prior to the end of the applicable term, unless you cancel the subscription. You hereby understand that subscriptions are non-transferable and a cancelation of an active subscription will become effective ather the end of the then-current billing period. As a user, you can manage your subscription by accessing your Enzyme account under the profile section.

Enzyme reserves the right to offer refunds, credits, promotional terms and discounts at its sole discretion at any time in unique circumstances. You can submit a refund request by sending an email at gm@enzyme.so and provide the reason for refund request.

Gas fees

Enzyme provide services which may result in involving gas fees. You hereby agree and acknowledge that Enzyme has no control over gas fees payment methods and any other distributed-ledger technology transactions or any actual payments of gas charges.

Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

  • Government agencies;
  • Search engines;
  • News organizations;
  • Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and
  • System-wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.

Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Website, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:

  • By use of our corporate name; or
  • By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or
  • By use of any other description of our Website being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party’s site.

No use of NoCode, Inc.'s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.

Third-Party Properties

The software may include functionalities or features provided or that interoperate with software and services owned, developed, operated and controlled by third parties. Third-party properties may include, without limitation, crypto wallets and NFT marketplaces. Hereby, you agree that NoCode, Inc, shall have no liability with respect to any of the foregoing or with respect to any errors, defects, unavailability, security breaches or other adverse events related to any third-party properties.

Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request.
